Fani Willis & Her Boyfriend Testify on "The HOT Seat"
Explosive Testimony in Fani Willis Hearing Exposes Lies & Corruption of Georgia Prosecutors in Trump Trial
“O, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.”

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) and her paramour Special prosecutor Nathan Wade were forced to take the stand to testify in her disbarment trial after it was revealed that Willis had hired Wade as lead prosecutor in the “trumped up” (pun intended) charges that were brought by Willis against President Donald J. Trump for purported “election interference” in the 2020 election.
In a highly emotional scene, with at times nearly hysterical outbursts on the part of Willis, denying the veracity and authenticity of cell phone records tying her romantically to prosecutor Nathan Wade (who was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to indict President Trump, Willis charged President Trumps'‘s lawyers with lying when they presented cell phone data showing that Willis and WEade had exchanged over 2,000 phone calls and 12,000 text messages between August and December 2021, months before they indicted the President in 2022.
Willis left the courtroom witnesses stunned. including the judge, the Honorable Scott McAfee, who at one point, in exasperation after one of Willis’ most hostile outbursts, had to hammer the gavel strongly to call an immediate recess following one of Willis’ worst moments on the stand.

Fani Willis Dad, John Clifford Floyd on on the Stand at Fani Willis’ Trial - Full Testimony
MSN reports that Willis’ dad, John C. Floyd is a former Black Panther political activist who worked for the election of Barack Obama in 2008.
John Floyd, the Father of Georgia DA Fani Willis, Was a Founder of Black Panther Party in L.A. ...
Fani Willis "was born in Inglewood, Calif., just outside Los Angeles, in 1971. Her father, John C. Floyd III, was a founder of the Black Panther Political Party in Los Angeles, of which Angela Davis, Huey Newton, Bobby Seal and others.
In the wake of the testimony, reports surfaced alleging John Clifford Floyd was a Black Panther. The New York Post alleged he was a "prominent" Black Panther who started a black nationalist political party called "Black Panther" in his native LA in 1966 after becoming disillusioned with the Democratic Party.
The New York Post's assertion was based on Floyd's interview with the Black Power Archives history project last year, where he spoke about forming the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) - LA chapter.
In the interview, John Clifford Floyd, a civil rights activist, did admit he was a Black Panther for a brief time when they soft-launched the Black Panther political party in LA. In the interview, Floyd mentioned he was close with the original Black Panther Party founders, Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale.

Trump investigator offers cellphone data casting doubt on Fani Willis relationship timeline
BY ZACH SCHONFELD AND ELLA LEE - 02/23/24 11:14 AM ET
Special prosecutor Nathan Wade visited Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) at her condo at least 35 times prior to when they claim their relationship began, according to an analysis of cellphone data compiled by an investigator working with former President Trump’s legal team.
The new document, filed Friday, raises questions about the veracity of Willis and Wade’s testimony regarding the timeline of their relationship.
… “On Friday, Trump’s team filed with the court the report from its investigator, who said he used a tool called CellHawk to analyze Wade’s cellphone data for the first 11 months of 2021.
Most of that window is before Wade’s contract to work for the district attorney’s office began, and it is entirely before when prosecutors claim their romance began. “

The Epoch Times Reports:
Ms. Willis sharply objected to the new evidence submitted by Trump lawyers on Friday, arguing in her filing that it not only fails to “prove anything relevant” but it should be tossed on legal, technical, and procedural grounds.
The Claims
If the cellphone data analysis proves to be accurate, it could bolster the case being made by Trump lawyers that Mr. Wade and Ms. Willis deceived the court about when their relationship began.
Defense attorneys have alleged that Ms. Willis began her romantic relationship with Mr. Wade in 2019, before she hired him for the high-profile Trump prosecution so they could both benefit financially from taxpayer funds.
Both Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade have denied any financial benefit from their relationship, while insisting it started in 2022, after Ms. Willis had already hired Mr. Wade for the job.
The new evidence suggests the pair may have misled the court about when their relationship began, with the affidavit alleging that Mr. Wade made 35 visits to a condo in Hapeville, Georgia, where Ms. Willis was living before they said their relationship started.
Among the new evidence is cellphone data allegedly belonging to Mr. Wade showing he was at the condo at night and left early in the morning on Sept. 11–12, 2021, and on Nov. 29–30 of that year.
Ms. Willis argues in her Friday filing that the evidence is inadmissible because it contains “both telephone records that have not been admitted into evidence and an affidavit and other documents containing unqualified opinion evidence.”

Georgia Attorney Says Fani Willis Misappropriated Homicide Funds for Election Cases
Ashleigh Merchant said Fani Willis obtained up to $5 million to prosecute homicides and sexual assault but used it to investigate the 2020 election instead.
For three days during a contentious evidentiary hearing on a motion to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from prosecuting a high-profile election case, defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant had done the questioning.
On March 6, Ms. Merchant was the one answering questions asked by a Georgia Senate committee investigating the controversy surrounding the high-profile district attorney, filling in the blanks of her misconduct allegations.
“You, as a matter of fact, made most of [the allegations],” Republican state Sen. Bill Cowsert, the committee chair, told Ms. Merchant at the beginning of the hearing, for which she was subpoenaed. She walked the senators through how the motion to disqualify came about, including reviewing some invoices in detail and discussing Georgia law.
The committee is tasked with investigation, and if necessary, the introduction or revision of state statutes governing how district attorneys hire prosecutors, Mr. Cowsert told the committee, which has nothing to do with the ongoing effort to disqualify Ms. Willis.
